I recently had out-patient surgery with Dr. Timani and the experience was truly a pleasure. The entire staff, from the time I walked into the reception area, to the experience with the nurses and doctors was enjoyable. Dr. Timani performed the surgery and I couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism, patient interaction, and the skill level she has. I would recommend her to anyone considering a dermatologist. I'd also like to thank one of Dr. Timani's nurses, Cassie, for calling attention to the lesion that ultimately required the surgery. Although Cassie said she was only doing her job, I still want to express my gratitude for her attention to detail and being the exceptional nurse, she is. Again, many thanks to Dr. Timani and her entire staff for a very enjoyable experience.

I had never experienced any type of cosmetic procedure prior to my visit with Dr. Timani and staff. I admit that I was more than just a little nervous about the entire procedure and the effects it would have. Dr. Timani has a natural confidence and her knowledge is very apparent! Both of these traits helped to calm my nervousness. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with! My procedure was done very well, from start to finish. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The effects are exactly what Dr. Timani said they would be. There are a few more "touch-ups" that I plan to pursue and I will definitely return to Dr. Timani for further advice and help!

Dr Timani is amazing! She is smart, patient, and has the best bedside manner. The office staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Because of my busy schedule, the only appointment I could get was with the PA, but Dr Timani made sure to see me between her cases, listen to my concerns and address them all! The office was ready for my arrival. After the nurse/PA Assistant took my vital signs, she had me read and agree to what was going to happen in this surgical process. my anesthesia on my leg was promptly done. Dr. Timani arrived very shortly after I "gowned up" for the procedure. The room was already prepped as needed. I answered a few questions from Dr. Timani who was very concerned about my overall health. Her procedure was completed in an expected time. She reviewed the care of the small wound from the procedure, and I was provided with a check list for the actions to be taken at home. My return was scheduled to check up on the healing process. I was very clam and comfortable seeing the staff concerns for my understanding what my situation and needs are.

One of the best experiences I have had at a doctor’s office. The doctors instilled a genuine feeling of care that trickles down throughout the staff that made me feel very comfortable. You absolutely can not find a better physician than Dr. Zack in the greater Atlanta area! I was new to the Atlanta area and found him through a friend. Was very pleased to be worked in for an appt. last minute for a concern. Dr. Timani was prompt, thorough and helpful in addressing the problem. The entire office was spotless, all staff were masked and the usual waiting room was not used, opting for the larger building lobby. This office was the first to post exactly what they were doing to make it safe for patients to visit or Zoom.

I’ve seen Dr Timani for years and she never ceases to amaze me with the results she delivers. She customized a treatment plan that was sensitive enough for my (very) sensitive skin but affective enough to help me clear up the problem areas. I’ve done a chemical peel, multiple microdermabrasion sessions, and most recently I had a Hydrafacial. I am definitely looking forward to trying a few of the other procedures that they offer!

I went in with my 3 month old daughter and she had a terrible ulcerated hemangioma. Dr. Timani sent us straight to the ER to be admitted to the hospital for treatment. She texted us several times that day and the next day to make sure we received the care we needed. We had been brushed off by 2 previous doctors. It was great to see a doctor who cared enough to make sure my baby’s pain was managed and her arm was healed. Thank you so much!!

First, I showed up 30 minutes early for my MOHS surgery appointment and only had to wait about ten minutes. Then I had MOHS Surgery on a Friday at 9:30 am. Dr. Timani did the surgery herself. Then her husband sowed me up. It took him about an hour and a half to sew up my face. To say he’s meticulous is an understatement. The nurse said, he doesn’t like scars. After I left and got home, I received a personal phone call from Dr. Timani from her personal cell phone at 6:30 pm. I didn’t not call her back, but did text her. She texted me back within five minutes. During our texting, she asked me to contact her the next day (Saturday). Then the next morning I got up around 6:30 am on a Saturday and texted her a picture of my surgery. She answered me back within in five minutes AGAIN!!! I never had a doctor do something like that!! Most of the time you have to go through a answering service. Then, maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll get a call back on Monday. Dr. Timani, husband and her staff are great!! Thank you Dr. Timani!!

Exceeded my expectations. Recently, I underwent hair replacement in February 2021 with Springs Dermatology MD/ Springs Hair restoration by Dr. Zach Charkawi (Zach). Dr. Zach’s deep passion and knowledge made the process very comfortable. Zach thoroughly explained the process together with answering any questions I had. I was concerned about how effective the procedure would be and the extent of discomfort in the process. It is now 7 months later and the results are incredible. My wife loves it. The procedure itself takes all day, and Zach was hands on together with his two very impressive technicians. Although the process was a little uncomfortable, Zach made sure to address any discomforts thoroughly. After the procedure, I experienced some swelling that lasted about a week. Zach personally called me every day to see how the recovery process was going. It was well worth it. If you are considering hair replacement, I highly recommend you contact Springs Dermatology, for I cannot imagine any other organization doing a better job than Dr. Zach Charkawi and his highly professional staff. Five plus stars.

The facility was very clean and felt fresh. My temperature was taken in the entryway and I was required to wear a mask just as everyone in the office was. The receptionist greeted me politely. The nurse was friendly and very efficient. My PA, Megan Tracy, explained what she was going to do step-by-step in the full-body examination. She asked appropriate questions during the exam. She made me feel very comfortable. While being very professional, she was also very personable. When the examination was completed, she asked if I had questions about her findings and procedures. I highly recommend Johns Creek Dermatology and Family Medicine. I plan to continue going there for my dermatology needs and check-ups.

I had an amazing time at Johns Creek Dermatology! Upon walking in, the office was clean, the front staff were polite, but once I was taken back to my appointment... it got BETTER!
